Today we have been to Montgomery Homes office and signed the tender and contracts. The fire protection level went down from level 3 that we had in the tender to level 1 after review by council and the rural fire service so that has taken $3000 off the tender price.
The block should be cleared some time this week as well.....then we just wait for the excavations and building to start.
