Roof finished

The roof is now finished and it finally looks like a house. Builders have also washed/cleaned down the bricks at the front ready for rendering so that looks good also. We have a meeting on site on Monday with the electrician to tell him where we want all the lights/power points etc. Have to ask him how much extra he is going to charge to get in all the down lights, stair wall lights and extra things we want to do on top of the standard allowances.

Gutters, Fascia, Sarking and Roof Tiles

Went to house today and took some more photos. The guttering and fascia + sarking are all done and the roof tiles are half finished. Site superviser said the rest of the roof will be finished tomorrow. The rendering will be done next week and the external painting over the render will be done after about 4 days of drying.

One of the photos below is inside the garage where it looks like they have hosed off or cleaned the bricks.

Have got the samples of all the bathroom and laundry, and living area floor tiles etc. Will take some pics of them and put them on here later.

Roof Frames

We went to the block after buying the lights and found they have just about finished putting on the roof frames.
